medical vacation

I wonder if anyone can tell me a good dentist in Bangkok, or Phuket?

I have a good dentist in Denpasar, Indonesia, but I need one in SE Asia.

You see I need a root canal and crown which in Oakland, USA it costs me $600-$800
and the traffic is not bad (cause I take the subway).

In Denpasar the traffic is noisy and stinky and it makes for terrible traffic, but
the root canal and crown would cost me $250 and I'd have a better experience while doing it.

In Thailand at the most expensive hospital it runs $800 and the traffic is worse.
But I know there must be better prices, and still hygenic and sterile and sanitary and safe.
Already I've found it for $590 in Phuket but I must get it lower.

Outsourcing my medical needs to SouthEast Asia.

There are ads for replacement joints, face lifts, sex changes, and jaw implants.
You want to be real clear about what's happening when you go under on the operating table.
Sometimes a really good deal just isn't enough.

So if anyone can tell me of a good dentist in Bangkok please let me know...
